Company Information
The Company Information tab allows you to set the information that will be displayed to the customer when they click the Contact link in the ordering view.
We can use this tab to provide basic information about our company, such as the address and opening hours.
Available options
Here is a list of the available options with a short explanation.
- Company Name
Determines the company name that will be displayed in the contact tab and in the order summary PDF.
- Company Address
Determines the company address that will be displayed in the contact tab.
Use this company address in the order summary- ticking this option means the address entered above will be visible in the order summary (PDF file). You can use a comma (,) to split the address into two lines of text, e.g. “12 Bunny Street, 00-234 Warsaw”
- Phone number
Determines the phone number that will be displayed in the contact tab and in the order summary PDF.
- Informations
Determines additional information that will be displayed in the contact tab.
- Opening Hours
Allows you to specify the days and hours on which the photo studio is open. For each day of the week separately, we mark whether the studio is open and set the opening and closing hours. In the additional text field you can enter remarks, e.g. information about public holidays.
- Display in the list of photographic establishments
Determines whether your studio should be visible on the public list of photographic establishments using Foto.Guru. The list allows for additional promotion and for potential customers to find their nearest photographic establishment.
- Rules tab
Allows you to add a Terms and Conditions link in the ordering view. This can be useful when we want to write down the rules that apply when placing an order. It may also prove necessary when integrating with online payments.
Terms and Conditions URL - allows you to indicate the address where the terms and conditions are located (e.g. somewhere on your main website)
Content of the T&C - allows you to enter the full text of the terms and conditions, which will be displayed directly on the page where customers place orders
Tip
You can only use one option. Either enter the URL of the terms and conditions, or place the content of the terms and conditions on the page.
- Privacy policy tab
Allows you to add a Privacy link in the ordering view. This may be necessary when integrating with online payments.
Privacy Policy URL - allows you to indicate the address where the privacy policy is located (e.g. somewhere on your main website)
Content of the privacy policy - allows you to enter the full text of the privacy policy, which will be displayed directly on the page where customers place orders
Tip
You can only use one option. Either enter the URL of the privacy policy, or place the content of the privacy policy on the page.
- Information tab
Allows you to add a link in the ordering view. This can be useful when we want to provide additional information that customers placing an order should read.
Name in menu - the name of the link, which we can set ourselves; the default name is Informations
Content - the content that will be displayed after clicking the link
