Dashboard
The dashboard is the default screen that appears right after logging in. Depending on the type of account, it may show statistics for the active licence as well as other useful information.
On the top bar, regardless of which page we are on, we have access to a few permanent elements:
Licence switcher - if you have more than one licence, you can switch between them here. All settings and orders relate to the currently selected licence.
Basket icon - shows the list of orders from all your licences at once.
Help - opens the documentation page that corresponds to the manager tab you are currently viewing.
Turn on notifications - enables browser notifications about new orders. You can read more about this on the Orders page.
Licence version (
BASICorPRO) and the Place an order link, which leads to the website where your customers place their orders.
Statistics
At the very top we can see basic statistics for the currently selected licence:
The number of orders placed today, in the last 7 days and in the last 30 days.
Income in the last 30 days.
The number of prints ordered in the last 30 days.
Below there are two charts: the number of orders in the last 30 days and a summary of orders and prints in the last 6 months. The more information button takes you to the order list.
Licences expiring within 30 days
This section shows your licences that will expire soon or have recently expired. You can easily renew them or go to the detailed information about all licences on the Licences page.
News
Here you can find the latest information about what is happening at Foto.Guru. Usually this will be a short introduction with a link to the detailed information contained in the newsletter or on our website.
Foto.Guru GUI
Here you can download the Foto.GUI program for Windows or macOS. The program allows you to automatically download new orders straight to your computer’s disk, without using a browser.
Note
The program is only available to users of the PRO version.
Placing orders
In this section we have the address of the website where customers place orders, as well as a QR code that allows them to quickly get to that address using a phone.
The Prepare a promotional poster button lets you download a print-ready poster (PDF file) with the QR code and short ordering instructions. You can display the poster in a visible place in your shop or shop window, so that customers can scan the code themselves or type in the address of your website.
Tip
Before downloading the poster, you can upload your own logo, which will appear in its header. A PNG logo with a transparent background and a height of about 50 pixels works best.
